My Morning Skincare Routine: Comprehensive Guide

Hey! Beautiful faces, what do you do after getting up in the morning? Let me guess, just take a shower and rush to the office. Am I right, then what about your morning skincare routine? I get up early to follow the skincare routine so that I can take care of my skin. At first, I used to follow only a night-care routine but then I thought, what about my morning routine? 

So, I planned a morning skin-care regime that helped me to get glowing skin throughout the day. Now I am thinking of sharing my routine with you as well. If you are interested in incorporating a morning skincare routine then don’t stop here! Read out my 8-step routine. 

8-Step for Morning Skincare Routine 

1. Begin with Cleansing Oil

First, wipe off your skin so that all the dirt vanishes. After that, I use a cleansing oil, which helped me to remove the traces of makeup, and excess oil, and soften it. My skin is oily, so I always prefer to use it because it absorbs all the extra oil from my skin. I use Cleansing Oil for myself, you can select cleansing oil based on your skin tone. Just rub the oil smoothly with your palms in a circular motion and rinse it in warm water. 

2. Go with a Water-Based cleanser

My next step is to go with a non-oily cleanser as it helps me clean my face properly so that all the leftover dirt is removed. But remember to choose a cleanser that has a low pH. First I chose a high-pH cleanser that irritated my skin. Gentle Skin Cleanser is best for me. Give a massage to your skin and wash it with lukewarm water. After doing the process I pat my face so that my skin can dry with the towel. Never use a harsh towel, choose a soft towel for your skin. 

3. Use a Toner

Toning my skin is another thing that is a very important part of my schedule. It helps me to remove bits of dirt and oil from my skin and helps to maintain a balance in pH level. I have sensitive skin, which is why I use Vitamin C Face toner which prevents my skin from producing excess oil. 

4. Don’t Neglect Serum 

Serums are very essential because they help to solve skin problems like acne, pimples, dark spots, etc. So I prefer a serum that helps me to boost my skin health. I choose Hydrating Serum for myself as it makes me fresh and bright. I always apply serum for 2-3 minutes so that it can absorb properly. Be very cautious while selecting serum and always test before you use it. 

5. Moisturizer

Don’t even think of forgetting the moisturizer after these steps. I use it because it helps me nourish my skin and it gets locked in my skin and prevents it from drying. I always prefer to give a proper massage to my skin and I recommend doing the same for your skin. I chose Oil-free moisturizer. 

6. Use Sunscreen

Sunscreen is another important part of the skincare routine. I always prefer SPF 30 which protects skin from harmful UV rays. Always remember to massage your face properly and evenly so that it is absorbed into your skin. 

7. The next step is Eye-cream 

The area below the eyes is very sensitive so I always go for eye creams so that it prevents wrinkle, dryness, and puffiness. I choose Almond under-eye cream which helps me to avoid all these problems. 

8. Use a Primer

Primer is the best way to put on my makeup smoothly and lasts for longer. You can choose a primer that suits your skin and holds the foundation or BB cream for a long time. I go with Perfect Makeup primer as it goes best with my skin. 

Tips for skin-care Routine

Apart from all these things you need to take off your skin in various ways because it gets affected if you neglect these tips. Here are some tips that I would like to share with you all. 

  • Drink plenty of water as it helps make your skin active and gives a natural glow to your skin. 
  • Relax yourself because stress can reflect on your skin and you may suffer from pimples. 
  • Avoid washing your face with hot water. 
  • Use a roller to avoid the puffiness of your skin. It helped me to give a perfect shape. 
  • Use an under-eye patcher if you have a problem with dark circles.
  • You can use some natural sprays on your skin. 
  • Try using a face mask once a week. 

Conclusion 

The right skin routine exists when you are interested in making your skin the best. According to me, you should not be too lazy to neglect your skin because if you say no to your skincare care routine, your skin will reward you with problems of pimples, acne, dark spots, dullness, etc. 

So, if you want to look beautiful you can follow these 8-easy steps of my morning skincare routine which will help you to make your cells active and your skin will have a brighter look. I can understand you might have a busy schedule because of this it can be difficult for you to follow all the steps. For this, I have a suggestion for you to use cleansing oil, moisturizer, and sunscreen so that your skin is protected from dirt, oil, and UV rays.
